Romeo & Juliet
This summer, Ben Hennessy will direct a Little Red Kettle production of William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet with a teenage cast.
The cast is mainly made up fourteen to eighteen year olds, thus offering new opportunities to the many experienced young actors who have participated in Little Red Kettle’s children’s plays over the years. Alex Browne and Holly Browne have been cast in the title roles.
The cast also includes professional actors Joe Meagher, Eoin Lynch, Jenni Ledwell, Elizabeth Rose Browne, Louise Bradley and Nick Kavanagh in the adult roles of the play.
Rehearsals begin on June 16th for what promises to be an original take on this classic.
