And he was surprised to discover it because it meant that among those numerous chefs, there were a lot of chefs around him who devoted themselves to self-development instead of being complacent.&#lt;/p&#gt;&#lt;br&#gt;&#lt;p&#gt;‘I want to get at least one condition for increasing my cooking level.’&#lt;/p&#gt;&#lt;br&#gt;&#lt;p&#gt;What he knew for sure was that one of the conditions for upgrading to cooking level 9 had to do with his leadership of the kitchen staff.
